How to start

Make the first
step clear.

Choose your audience and publishing channel. Keep your existing idea list handy, reserve Tuesday drafting time, and choose Thursday and Saturday publishing times.

What It Includes

Your scheduled
commitments.

Start with three observable actions. Choose any personal targets and dates before starting, then adjust the routine to fit your life.

Add three content ideas to your existing idea list each week.

Commitment 2

  • Draft two postsTuesday

Draft two posts every Tuesday.

Commitment 3

  • Publish a postThursday, Saturday

Publish one post on Thursday and one on Saturday. If using a scheduler, mark complete after confirming the post went live.

Optional additions

Choose either, both, or neither. These start unselected during import.

  • Prepare a visual: Create or select a visual for one planned post each week. 1 time per week
  • Check and respond to comments: Check comments each Friday and respond to any that need an answer. Mark complete after checking, even when there is nothing to answer. Friday

Record completed commitments in your D/R check-in.

Goal + Milestones

Know what
complete means.

Review your logs before marking a milestone complete. Adjust the targets if you change your schedule. Optional additions do not count toward milestones. This plan tracks consistent publishing, not audience growth or engagement.

Practical questions

Make it work
for you.

Can I change the schedule?

Yes. Choose drafting and publishing days that fit your week. Adjust the number of ideas and posts during import review.

What happens if I miss a publishing day?

Record only posts that went live. Publish at your next chosen time and continue the plan. Scheduling a post doesn’t count as publishing it.
