Eligibility And Accounts
- You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use the service in a way that violates law or these Terms.
Your Content
You may submit habits, logs, profile content, squad activity, and other material through the service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant DisciplineRewards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service.
Example Plans And Persona Content
D/R may provide example plans, persona boards, templates, educational content, sample configurations, or demonstration materials.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these materials may be fictional, illustrative, AI-generated, or created for educational purposes.
Example content is intended to help users understand the platform and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results or representations of actual user outcomes.
Squads, Visibility, And Accountability
Squads are shared accountability features. When you join or create a Squad, you agree that D/R may show Squad-related information to other members, including your display name, avatar or initials, membership status, commitments, completion status, dropouts, removals, and Squad wrap-up information.
- Squad commitments are meant to be visible to the group so members can hold each other accountable.
- Squad rules may lock when a Squad starts. You are responsible for reviewing rules before joining or starting a Squad.
- If you leave, are removed, downgrade, or lose access, D/R may preserve limited Squad history so other members' records and completed wrap-ups still work.
- Do not use Squads to harass, shame, threaten, impersonate, or pressure people in a way that violates these Terms.
Accountability Partners
D/R may allow users to share selected habits, goals, streaks, progress, accountability updates, or other activity with designated Accountability Partners.
Information intentionally shared with an Accountability Partner may remain visible to that partner until sharing is modified or revoked.
Users are responsible for choosing what information they share and with whom they share it.
Accountability Partners do not automatically receive access to private account information, billing information, account settings, notes, or content that has not been explicitly shared.
Imported Content And Connected Services
D/R may allow users to import plans, templates, goals, habits, tasks, or other content from connected services.
Imported content may be modified, activated, or saved within D/R.
Users are responsible for reviewing imported content before activating or relying on it.
Travel Day And Tracking Rules
D/R includes rules and labels that affect how habits, streaks, and accountability are displayed. Travel Day is designed to protect streak pressure for a day when you cannot reasonably complete your normal routine. A Travel Day does not count as completing the habit unless you actually complete and log the habit. If you do the thing, you can still get credit for it.
Share Cards And Social Sharing
D/R may let you create optional share cards for social media, messaging, or other third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing a share card before posting or sending it.
- Share cards may include your own name, avatar or initials, streaks, milestones, habit progress, Squad name, completion stats, rank, or how your performance compared with the group.
- You may not use share cards to expose another person's name, avatar, email, private account information, or individual performance without that person's permission.
- D/R may show aggregate group context, such as "out of 10 members" or group completion totals, without identifying individual Squad members.
- Once you share content to a third-party platform, that platform controls how the content is stored, displayed, copied, reposted, indexed, or distributed.
Aggregated Statistics And Product Storytelling
You agree that we may create, use, publish, and share aggregated, anonymous, or de-identified statistics derived from use of the service for product, marketing, analytics, benchmarking, investor, fundraising, and business purposes.
- Examples include total habits tracked, completion rates, streak benchmarks, user growth, and feature adoption.
- Examples of public claims include "100,000+ habits tracked" or "89% of active users hit their weekly goal."
- We will not identify you personally in those materials unless you separately agree to it.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the service unlawfully or in ways that violate the rights of others.
- Interfering with the service, security, infrastructure, or other users.
- Uploading malware, scraping without authorization, or attempting to reverse engineer restricted parts of the service except where law forbids us from restricting it.
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, abusing, or misleading others through the service.
- Using bots or automation in ways that overload, degrade, or disrupt the service.
Subscriptions, Billing, And Trials
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and available plans may be shown in the app, website, or checkout flow.
- Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- App store purchases are also subject to the rules of Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other payment providers involved in the transaction.
- We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, but changes will not retroactively rewrite what you already paid for.
- Except where required by law or platform rules, fees are non-refundable.
Account Deletion And Data Removal
You may request account deletion or data removal through support. Deletion can remove active habits, goals, logs, settings, access records, and other account data. Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, payment records, security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, or to preserve the integrity of shared Squad history and reports.
Disclaimers, Liability, And Termination
DisciplineRewards is a habit and accountability product, not a medical provider, therapist, trainer, or medical device. The service does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment.
D/R may provide AI-assisted features, recommendations, imported plans, generated content, templates, persona-based examples, or content created through connected services.

Users are responsible for reviewing and evaluating generated or imported content before relying on it.
D/R does not guarantee outcomes, results, performance improvements, health outcomes, financial outcomes, business outcomes, or achievement of goals based on generated or imported content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the service, or exposed us to legal or operational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
Intellectual Property, Indemnity, And Law
DisciplineRewards, including the website, app, visual design, branding, software, text, and other non-user materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes And Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@disciplinerewards.com.
