To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
Intellectual Property, Indemnity, And Law
DisciplineRewards, including the website, app, visual design, branding, software, text, and other non-user materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
