AI Features, Plan Imports, And MCP Integrations
D/R may offer features that allow users to create, import, review, or activate plans generated by AI systems or connected services.
For example, users may choose to:
- Import plans created through AI assistants
- Use persona-based templates or example plans
- Generate habit, goal, or accountability recommendations
- Review and activate imported plans inside D/R
Imported or AI-generated plans are provided as suggestions and may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are not appropriate for every individual or situation.
Users are responsible for reviewing imported content before activating it within D/R.
D/R does not guarantee outcomes, results, performance improvements, health outcomes, financial outcomes, or achievement of goals based on imported or AI-generated plans.
Aggregated And De-Identified Statistics
We may create aggregated, anonymous, or de-identified statistics from user activity. These statistics do not identify you personally and may be used for marketing, benchmarking, product storytelling, press materials, fundraising materials, and business analysis.
- Examples include total habits tracked, completion trends, streak averages, usage volume, and anonymous performance benchmarks.
- We may publish statements such as "100,000+ habits tracked," "users completed 2.3 million check-ins," or "89% of active users hit their weekly goal."
- We will not claim your identity, expose your personal logs, or present private user information as marketing material without separate permission.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not give advertisers your individual habit logs in exchange for money.
- We do not publicly display your private account information outside the product features you choose to use.
When We Share Information
We may share information only in limited situations, such as with service providers that help us run the product, with payment or infrastructure partners as needed to operate features, with squad members when a feature is designed to show participation, when required by law, or during a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, secure, support, analyze, and improve D/R, including providers that support AI features, infrastructure, communications, authentication, analytics, and other operational needs. These providers are expected to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
Squads And Shared Visibility
Squads are shared accountability groups. When you join or create a Squad, certain information is visible to other members so the Squad can work.
- Other Squad members may see your display name, avatar or initials, membership status, Squad commitments, and whether commitments are complete for the active day or challenge period.
- Squad members may see if someone leaves, is removed, or becomes inactive in the Squad, because that affects group accountability and wrap-up context.
- Squad reports and wrap-ups may show completion history and participation related to that Squad.
- Private Solo habits, goals, notes, reports, billing information, email address, and account settings are not shown to Squad members unless a feature clearly asks you to share them.
Accountability Partners
D/R may allow users to share specific habits, goals, or accountability activities with designated Accountability Partners.
Information visible to an Accountability Partner is limited to the items a user explicitly chooses to share.
Depending on the feature, an Accountability Partner may see information such as:
- Shared habit names
- Completion status
- Progress indicators
- Streaks
- Accountability updates related to shared items
Accountability Partners do not automatically receive access to private habits, goals, notes, reports, billing information, email addresses, account settings, or other information that has not been explicitly shared.
Users may modify or revoke sharing permissions at any time through available product controls.
Photos, Avatars, And Storage
If you upload a profile photo or avatar, we store it through our service providers so it can appear in the app. Your avatar may be visible inside product surfaces where your identity matters, including Squads, admin/support views, and account settings. You can change your avatar in the app or contact support for help removing it.
Share Cards And Social Sharing
D/R may offer optional share cards that let you share progress, milestones, streaks, Squad performance, or other selected achievements outside the app. Share cards are user-initiated. Before sharing, review the card and make sure you are comfortable with what it shows.
- A share card may include your own name, avatar or initials, streaks, habit progress, badges, Squad name, completion stats, rank, or how your performance compared with the group.
- Squad share cards should not identify other Squad members by name, avatar, email, or other personal details unless those members clearly consent or the product explicitly asks them to participate in that sharing.
- Aggregate Squad stats, such as "out of 10 members" or group completion totals, may be shown without naming individual members.
- Once you post or send a share card through a third-party app or social platform, that third party's privacy practices and terms apply.
Persona Boards And Example Plans
D/R may provide example plans, sample boards, persona-based templates, educational content, or demonstration content intended to help users explore the platform and discover new ideas.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, persona profiles, example plans, and demonstration content may be fictional, illustrative, AI-generated, or created for educational purposes.
These examples are not endorsements, guarantees, or representations of actual user outcomes.
Support And Admin Access
Our support and admin access is limited to running, securing, debugging, and supporting D/R. For example, we may review account records, habit or Squad records, logs, payment status, or technical diagnostics when helping with a support request, investigating abuse, fixing bugs, resolving billing issues, or protecting the service. We do not use support access to casually browse private user data.
Data Retention, Choices, And Contact
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. You can update certain profile settings inside the service, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or request deletion by contacting support@disciplinerewards.com.
If you request account deletion, we will remove or deactivate personal account data where reasonably possible. Some information may remain if needed for legal, security, payment, abuse-prevention, backup, or legitimate business record purposes. Deleting your account may also remove your active habits, goals, logs, settings, and D/R access. Squad history may retain limited context so other members' completed Squad records and wrap-ups still make sense.
Children, Security, And Changes
DisciplineRewards is not intended for children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.
