Protect time to practice your hobby and finish small projects or pieces.
Choose a hobby, gather its materials, and pick one technique to practice. Reserve Tuesday and Saturday sessions and choose a small project or piece to finish during your first four weeks.
Start with three observable actions. Choose any personal targets and dates before starting, then adjust the routine to fit your life.
Spend 20 minutes on your hobby on Tuesday and Saturday.
Practice one technique during at least one of your hobby sessions each week.
Complete one planned step toward a small project or piece each week. Finish one project or piece during each four-week block, such as learning to play a song.
Choose either, both, or neither. These start unselected during import.
Record completed commitments in your D/R check-in.
Count the weeks from your own start date. Review your logs before marking a milestone complete, and adjust session counts and completion targets if you change the schedule. Optional additions do not count toward these milestones.

Yes. Tuesday and Saturday are suggested days. Choose days that fit your week, and adjust the session length and completion targets during import review.
Record what you completed in your D/R check-in, then continue at your next scheduled session. A missed commitment does not remove the plan. Review the milestone criteria and adjust the target if it is too demanding for your schedule.
