Build a skill through practice, lessons, and practical exercises.
Choose one skill, a course, book, or tutorial, and a defined practical exercise. Set aside 15 minutes on three days each week. Lessons and exercises can happen within those sessions.
Start with three observable actions. Choose any personal targets and dates before starting, then adjust the routine to fit your life.
Practice for 15 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Complete one lesson from your chosen course, book, or tutorial each week.
Use the skill to complete one defined exercise each week, such as building a small spreadsheet, practicing a conversation, or editing a photo.
Choose either, both, or neither. These start unselected during import.
Record completed commitments in your D/R check-in.
Review your logs before marking a milestone complete. Update the targets if you change the schedule. Optional additions do not count toward milestones. Lessons and exercises can happen within your three practice sessions. They do not require separate appointments.

Copy it into D/R, review the setup, and choose what gets added.
Yes. Choose your practice days and session length, then set a weekly lesson and exercise target that fits your skill. Update the milestones during import review.
Resume at your next practice session or reschedule it. Count a qualifying week when you complete the practice, lesson, and exercise targets you chose. Four qualifying weeks do not need to be consecutive, and a missed day does not require a restart.
