How to start

Make the first
step clear.

Choose your workout activity and duration and reserve Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions. Pick a place for your gear and a Sunday time to schedule next week.

What It Includes

Your scheduled
commitments.

Start with three observable actions. Choose any personal targets and dates before starting, then adjust the routine to fit your life.

Goal + Milestones

Know what
complete means.

Review your logs before marking a milestone complete. Adjust the targets if you change your schedule. Optional additions do not count toward milestones. The four completed weeks do not need to be consecutive.

Practical questions

Make it work
for you.

Can I change the schedule?

Yes. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are suggested workout days. Change the days, frequency, and duration during import review, then update the gear preparation schedule and milestones to match.

What happens if I miss a day?

Continue at your next planned session or reschedule the missed workout. Count a week when you meet its workout, gear preparation, and scheduling targets. The four completed weeks do not need to be consecutive, and a missed day does not require a restart.
