How to start

Make the first
step clear.

Choose one business idea and a task to complete before the week starts. Reserve three 30-minute work sessions and arrange a conversation with someone who could use what you are building.

What It Includes

Your scheduled
commitments.

Start with three observable actions. Choose any personal targets and dates before starting, then adjust the routine to fit your life.

Commitment 1

  • Work on your business3 times per week

Complete three 30-minute work sessions each week.

Commitment 2

  • Speak with a potential customer1 time per week

Have one conversation each week with someone who could use what you’re building. Ask how they currently handle the problem. Count the conversation when it happens, not when you send an invitation.

Commitment 3

  • Finish your weekly business task1 time per week

Finish your weekly business task each week.

Optional additions

Choose either, both, or neither. These start unselected during import.

  • Test your offer: Show a sample or demonstration to one potential customer and ask for feedback. This can happen during your core customer conversation. 1 time per week
  • Check business expenses: Check your business expenses every Friday. Friday

Record completed commitments in your D/R check-in.

Goal + Milestones

Know what
complete means.

Review your logs before marking a milestone complete. Adjust the targets if you change your schedule. Optional additions do not count toward milestones. Completing this plan means establishing a working routine and making progress. It does not mean the business has launched or found paying customers.

Practical questions

Make it work
for you.

Can I change the schedule?

Yes. Choose your work-session days and adjust their length, customer-conversation frequency, and weekly task during import review.

What happens if I miss a day?

Resume at your next work session or arrange another customer-conversation time. Count only sessions completed, conversations that happened, and tasks finished. The four qualifying weeks do not need to be consecutive, and a missed day does not require a restart.
